Hope. Healing. Growth. A Brighter Future.
What Is Pathway to Recovery?
Pathway to Recovery is an ASAM Level 2.1 Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed specifically for adolescents ages 10–17. Our structured, evidence-based program meets teens where they are — providing the clinical support they need while allowing them to remain in their home, school, and community.
Services are provided 3–5 days per week, with a minimum of 3 service hours per treatment day — approximately 9–19 hours per week based on clinical need. A typical program length is 8–12 weeks.
Each adolescent receives group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy or education, along with individualized care coordination, relapse prevention planning, and discharge and aftercare support.
