Our Services
Every service in the Pathway to Recovery program is designed to meet adolescents where they are — providing the clinical support, skills, and family engagement needed for lasting recovery.
Core Clinical Services
Group Therapy
Structured peer group sessions facilitated by licensed clinicians. Groups focus on coping skills, communication, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and peer support. Group therapy is a core component of the IOP model and meets multiple times per week.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions with a licensed clinician tailored to each teen's unique goals, challenges, and individualized treatment plan. Sessions address underlying issues, build insight, and develop personalized coping strategies.
Family Therapy & Education
Structured sessions that strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and equip caregivers with the tools and knowledge to support their teen's recovery at home. Family involvement is a critical component of adolescent treatment.
Specialized Treatment Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Evidence-based therapy that helps teens identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to substance use and mental health challenges.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills
Structured skill-building in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness — essential tools for teens navigating recovery.
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
A collaborative, client-centered approach that helps teens explore and strengthen their own motivation for change, building intrinsic commitment to recovery.
Trauma-Informed Care
A safe, compassionate treatment environment that recognizes and responds to the impact of trauma on adolescent development and recovery. All services are delivered through a trauma-informed lens.
Education & Skill Development
Substance Use Education
Evidence-based psychoeducation on the effects of substances, the neuroscience of addiction, risk factors, and healthy decision-making skills.
Co-Occurring Mental Health Support
Integrated assessment and treatment for teens experiencing both substance use and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.
Life Skills Development
Building the everyday skills teens need to thrive — communication, goal-setting, healthy relationships, problem-solving, and stress management.
Coordination & Transition Support
Relapse Prevention Planning
Practical strategies and individualized planning to help teens recognize triggers, develop coping responses, and maintain their recovery after program completion.
Care Coordination
Coordination with schools, primary care providers, courts, social services, and other community supports to ensure continuity of care throughout and after treatment.
Discharge & Aftercare Planning
Structured transition planning to ensure each adolescent has the support, resources, and follow-up care needed to sustain their recovery after program completion.
