Our Approach to Care
At RCSS, we understand that adolescent substance use is rarely a standalone issue. Most teens who struggle with substance use are also navigating mental health challenges, family stress, trauma, academic pressure, and social difficulties. That's why our approach is holistic — treating the whole person, not just the presenting problem.
Our Pathway to Recovery program integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. Every treatment plan is individualized, culturally responsive, and developed collaboratively with the adolescent and their family.
We believe in meeting teens where they are — not where we think they should be. Our clinicians are trained to build authentic therapeutic relationships that create the safety and trust necessary for real change.
Commitment to Confidentiality & Non-Discrimination
RCSS is committed to providing services without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, or any other protected characteristic. All client information is protected in accordance with applicable federal and state confidentiality laws, including 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA.
