Schedule at a Glance
The Pathway to Recovery IOP runs 3–5 days per week based on each teen's individualized treatment plan.
Session Days & Times
Scheduled after school so teens never have to choose between treatment and education.
Core program days — group therapy, individual sessions, and psychoeducation
Optional or make-up sessions available as clinically appropriate
Secure virtual sessions may be available when clinically appropriate and approved by the clinical team.
Each adolescent receives an individualized schedule and may not attend every available program day.
Minimum 3 service hours per treatment day. Program frequency is 3–5 days per week based on clinical need.
Sessions are held after school hours to minimize disruption to the teen's academic schedule.
Virtual sessions may be available when clinically appropriate and approved.

What a Typical Session Looks Like
Each program day is structured to maximize therapeutic benefit while keeping teens engaged.
Check-In & Wellness Review
Teens arrive, complete a brief wellness check-in, and set intentions for the session with their care team.
Group Therapy
Facilitated peer group sessions covering coping skills, relapse prevention, communication, and recovery topics.
Individual or Family Session
Scheduled one-on-one therapy or family education sessions based on the teen's individualized treatment plan.
Psychoeducation & Wrap-Up
Evidence-based education on substance use, mental health, and life skills, followed by a group check-out.
